LibSearch

Search libertarian books by meaning. Ask a question and the reader opens the book at the passage that answers it.

LibSearch

A library of libertarian books, from Rothbard and Mises to Bastiat and Šíma, mostly in Czech, that you search by meaning, not by words. Ask a plain question and LibSearch finds the passages that answer it, even when your words are not in them at all. Click a hit and the whole book opens right at that spot.

// what it is for

Finds where you read it

When you know you read somewhere how courts would work without a state, whether inflation is a hidden tax or what a minimum wage causes, but not where, LibSearch finds that spot for you. It helps with a citation in a debate as well as with study. It is not a chatbot, it makes nothing up and summarizes nothing, it shows the text of the book, and what follows from it is up to you.

// who is behind it

From proof of concept to beta

The idea and the proof of concept are by JMazlik01. Together we then turned it into this working beta.

It will not read Rothbard for you, but it tells you where to open him. ✌
